How long will it take to receive my order?

I never got my order, what to do?
If your tracking shows the package has arrived at a local post office or pickup station, please collect it. If there's no update for a long time, it may be lost in transit. Email us at contact@kometalab.com for help.
How can I track my order status?
After placing the order, we will send you a email containing the tracking number.

What if something missing from order?
Please email us at contact@kometalab.com and kindly provide the following info: Your order number, photos of all items in the package, and the name and quantity of the missing item. We will immediately verify the situation with our team. If the missing item is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
What if an item breaks?
We're very sorry to hear that your item was damaged during shipping.Please send the following details to contact@kometalab.com:Photos of the damaged item and its packaging, Product name, Order number. Once we receive this information, we will either send you a replacement for free or issue a full refund based on your preference.
What's the material of your product?
80% of our products are made of 316 and 304 stainless steel, while the remaining 20% are alloy. The pearls are high-quality artificial pearls made from eco-friendly materials. To maintain the longevity of your jewelry, please avoid contact with acidic substances such as skincare products, perfume, and detergents.
