At KOMETA LAB™ we want all our customers to be pleased with their order. Of course, we understand this can’t always be the case for everybody. That is why we offer a 30 days exchange policy.
You may exchange your purchase within30 daysof the items arriving. Please note, all items must be unworn with packaging attached in order to receive an exchange.
We will send the first exchange from our warehouse for free. For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the cost of delivery.
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange lost returns.
What items can I exchange
Items must be unworn (apart from trying on). All packaging must be included in the return. Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Please take clear photos of all the items included in your package. If any item is damaged, kindly provide close-up images showing the issue. Additionally, please ensure the shipping label on the outer packaging is clearly visible in one of the photos.
After reviewing the photos, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
